Testimonials

“I’ve been meeting with Tara Kryman for 3 months and she is so tremendously helpful. She is just what I needed in a therapist kind, supportive, compassionate, sweet, caring, understanding and has the patience of a saint. She has helped me change my way of thinking with her approach of cognitive behavioral therapy and the worksheets/homework she assigns. Definitely helps me achieve my goals and I’ve made so much progress with her help in a short period of time and I’m excited to see the transformed person I’m going to become. I can’t thank her enough. She is an amazing therapist.”
“I met with Tara Kryman for 6 months and it has changed my life! I was severely depressed (a lifelong struggle) when I first came in. As we talked, I started journaling again and working on issues we discussed. She helped me so much! I will not hesitate to get in touch again if I need to and in fact did for a coupe of sessions just to get bsck on track. I want to keep the momentum going. I thank God that I found her on the internet through Psychology Today magazine’s website! She is kind, supportive, soft-spoken, and genuinely interested in everything I shared, coming back with questions and suggestions which I put into place. She knew I was a Christian and brought God and His Word into our sessions which helped me put my emotions and struggles into perspective as I worked through them. That was a plus for me! It was a good experience that I do not regret and I would do it again as needed. She is not an approved provider for my insurance, but she worked with me to get the information my insurance company requested so I could get reimbursed for a portion of the visits. I highly recommend Tara to anyone.”
